Klaviyo Setup Step by Step

Go to https://app.formtoro.com/integrations/(dialog:klaviyo/activate)

Enter “Formtoro” or your “Store Name” under Account then click on the link notated by the arrow

This will open Klaviyo to this page (you may be prompted to login first) then click “Create Private API Key”

Enter “Formtoro” as the Private API Key Name then provide “Full Access” to the following parameters

Events
List
Metrics
Profiles
Subscriptions
Segments

Then click “Create” in the upper right hand corner

You’ll see this screen that confirms a key has been created Copy the Key

Now go back to your Formtoro Tab, paste the Private Key and click Connect

You will see a confirmation screen that you’re connected

You will now have access to all your lists to connect to your forms
