Different platforms should use different forms, it helps to understand how your traffic differs by device, it also helps with formatting for smaller screens.
Navigate to the forms tab

Then click the drop down arrow to the left of the form

Select the version of the form you would like to duplicate, 99.9% of the time this will be the last version of the form, though you might want to use a previously published version as well. Then click “Continue”.

You’ll be prompted to select an audience. You should keep this “Same as Original”. Then click “Continue”.

The Device step is the important step, we’ll want to select “Mobile” from the dropdown list. Then click “Continue”.

The last step is for us to name our form. It’s recommended that you include “Mobile” in the name, commonly we use this format “OFFER – DEVICE” so “20% OFF – MOBILE”.

Then click “Duplicate”.

You’ll receive confirmation of the duplication, then click “Close”.
We’re going to find the form we just created in the Form tab again.

This form will have all the same settings as the original, so we’ll just want to check the layout and make sure we’re happy with how everything looks, then hit publish.
All Integrations, mapping, etc. are already taken care of.
